Because each piece is customized and made for you, not all of our jewelry can be 100% refunded.

Necklaces and chain bracelets are refunded at 100% within the first 3 days after deemed delivered via USPS.

Bangles* that we regularly carry in our shop are set to be permanent and are refunded at 75% within the first 3 days after deemed delivered via USPS. *Bangles with any personalized or custom features that can not be resold via one of our regular shop listings are nonrefundable.

Earrings are final sale and non-refundable for health and sanitary reasons.

Custom orders are always welcome and some of our favorite to create. If you need larger quantities of an item please contact us before your purchase. Larger orders may take longer to process as it depends on our current inventory. We will communicate all the details before orders are finalized.

We ship all packages through United States Postal Service (USPS) & provide tracking numbers upon shipment drop off. Once the mail has been accepted by a USPS facility we are unable to control how long it takes to arrive at the final destination. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the USPS of the last location listed on your tracking label with questions.

We only ship to the address listed at checkout unless we are notified prior to purchase PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT ADDRESS IS LISTED.

If you need your package sooner, please contact us regarding upgraded shipping options and if they are available before you purchase.

While we love making finished pieces we understand that you may have a different idea or style in mind when it comes to wearing our charms. It's not often, but we do sell ALL of our charms with the exception of our puzzle piece, individually.

Each charm is $5 with a flat rate shipping fee of $4 (US destinations) or $14 (international) no matter how many charms you purchase.

WE CAN however, provide codes to be used as a tool for fundraising whether it be for your school, cheer team, softball, girl scouts, church group you name it! We provide you a discount code, then your special fundraising group disperses that code however they see fit... emails, facebook, other social media outlets, coupons, flyers etc. Anybody who uses that code will automatically get a discount off their purchase AND we will donate $1 dollar to your fundraising efforts each time it's used.
